|Allan was meant to fight for the WKA Scottish title on the 2nd of August, however, his opponent pulled out at short notice. Given his record and the late cancellation he was offered the chance to fight for the British title, a challange he was more than willing to accept. |
After dominating the fight for 4 rounds he knocked his opponent down towards the end of the 5th round, in a testament to his conditioning he was able to make the count and make it through to the final bell. As expected Allan won by unanimous decision, winning every round on two of the judges score cards and all but one on another.
